Job Description
We’re looking for a collaborative Full Stack Developer with good VERBAL ENGLISH skill to join AI Era Technologies . You’ll work in a small, autonomous environment where your voice matters and your contributions directly shape the platform. You’ll build full stack features end to end and help design scalable microservices on AWS.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain full stack features across the AI Era Technologies platform (React frontend, Python backend)
Hands on experience in NLP, LLM, Gen AI , Machine Learning
Design and implement microservices on AWS using CDK
Own features end to end: discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring
Collaborate on solving complex technical challenges and evolving the platform architecture
Contribute to engineering standards, code quality, and technical decision making
Keep learning and growing while helping the platform scale
Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience (startup or scale up experience is a plus)
Strong English verbal skills - Fluent
Strong experience with React or Python (both is ideal, or a strong willingness to master the other)
Hands on experience building and deploying microservices in the cloud (AWS preferred)
Proactive, self starter mindset with comfort sharing technical opinions
